Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are typically 5–10 business days within the US.

Local Delivery We offer local delivery within our delivery zone. If your address is within our zone, you'll see local delivery as an option at checkout. Local deliveries are fulfilled within 3–7 business days.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nkinkyim Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
